After Posting my original review (seen below) SNG reached out with a price comparison between their variable rates and Columbia's SCO rate. They are indeed comparable, however with Columbia Gas you have the option to enroll in their Customer Choice plan that allows you to utilize the PUCO Apples to Apples website to choose the best rate plan for you across multiple gas suppliers. As of today, You can get a 12-month fixed-rate of .389 CCF through Apples to Apples, which is quite a bit lower than the highest price I've paid with SNG at .687 CCF (the lowest rate being .56 CCF). As a person who prefers to look for the best deal, it frustrates me to be locked into a higher-priced variable rate plan with SNG.

Extremely disappointing prices. My rate is always twice as much as Columbia gas and you don't have the option to lock it in so it changes every month.
