We have 4 boys and have been with Mike and SOAR for 7 years. Starting in their first week of training, Mike has done an incredible job of assessing each of our boys and creating the best workout program for each of them. He has always stressed perfect technique and proper lifts. He and his staff do a fantastic job of balancing their school workouts with their SOAR workouts. They also expertly balance an agressive workout that pushes them with an emphasis on giving their bodies the right amount of rest. Mike and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and consciously aware of any injuries the boys are dealing with. Mike is continuously attending seminars or visiting subject matter experts to increase he and his staffs ability to best train in recovery of a specific injury. The difference he has made in my boys has been incredible. They have loved working out with him from day one and he has been a major contributor to their overall health and athletic success. We have recommended SOAR to many people over the last few years and would continue to highly recommend Mike and his staff to train your young athletes.
